4. Bluetooth: pair to "Strong Spas" on your phone.

To use:

1. Press power on the inside panel.
2. Recommended temp: 118-132°F (allow 20-30 min preheat).
3. Sit on the provided towel to protect the wood.
4. Use the chromotherapy LIGHT button for color therapy.
5. Pair Bluetooth to "Dynamic Sauna" for music.
6. Please turn off after use.

• For iced coffee: fill cup with ice first, then brew on Over Ice setting.
• Specialty mode is concentrated — great for lattes.
• Use the foldaway frother (swing out) for cold or warm froth.
• A quick guide is on the counter beside the machine.
• Coffee pods are restocked in the bar drawer.

To operate:

1. The remote is on the shelf under the TV.
2. Press ON — flame ignites within seconds.
3. Adjust flame height with the up/down arrows.
4. Press OFF when leaving the room or before bed.

Important: Do not leave the fireplace on overnight or unattended. Keep blankets, throws, and decor away from the glass front.

Smart TVs are in every bedroom and both lounges.

• Sign in with your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.).
• Please sign out of every TV before checkout.
• Wi-Fi is fast enough for 4K streaming throughout the home.

The thermostat is in the main hallway.

• Keep the home between 65-75°F.
• Avoid extreme settings — they take a long time to recover.
• If something feels off, message us — we can adjust remotely.

Laundry: Washer and dryer in the lower-level laundry room. Detergent is provided. Leave used towels in the laundry room hamper at checkout — don't run a final load.

Trash: Bag all trash and place in the bins beside the garage (near the propane tank). Please don't leave bags outdoors due to wildlife.

Adjacent to the wellness zone — converted garage on the lower level.

• Ping pong table with paddles and balls in the storage cabinet.
• Classic arcade machine — powers on automatically.
• Pop-a-shot basketball — press the PLAY button to start.
• Board games and card decks in the storage cabinet.
• Please return all equipment to its proper location.

The driveway fits 4-5 cars comfortably. The garage is converted into the wellness and gaming areas, so it's not available for parking. Please don't park on the lawn or block the driveway.

Yes — two exterior Ring cameras (front entrance and rear exterior) record video of outdoor areas only. There are no interior cameras and no audio recording anywhere on the property. The cameras are disclosed on all listings.
